Returns Policy

We offer a refund for items that are damaged, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit onto your store account. All other returns will be subjected up to 30% restocking fee. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email, fax or post) and return the goods to us in its original, unopened and unused condition for a full credit. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note

Please use packing pads if possible or smallest packing method as possible. Most importantly, please include a COPY OF THE INVOICE with indication of the items returning and the REASON FOR THE RETURN.

* Items not sent in the original package will be charge a restocking fee for either damaged or return items.

* The store credit earned from returned items can be applied to next order adding the credit as a discount prior to completing the order. The credit will be subtracted from the total amount.

* Please use cheapest shipping method to send the returned items, for SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE CREDITED.

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CONSIGNMENT, CLEARANCE, & GIFT CERTIFICATES/CARDSTHESE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE, REFUND OR CREDIT.

Due to the nature of the products and services provided by Beautique their are absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

 

CUSTOM WIGS BY NIKI

 

SHIPPING CONTENTS, INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS, AND INSTRUCTIONS
You will package the hair you intend to be used to compose your wig unit and the closure unit. If you are having a full wig created, please also have your closure included.

 

You will need to include an insert in your package that includes the details listed below. PLEASE HAVE THE LENGTHS LABELED ON YOUR BUNDLES!!!!!

 

  • Your name and the shipment return address you wish you have the wig sent back to.
  • Your contact or mobile phone number
  • Your contact e-mail address
  • The amount and specifications (i.e. number of bundles or packs, length selections, type, and name of curl pattern) of the hair you’re sending.  You may provide the name/location/source of where the hair was purchased but this is optional.
  • PROVIDE THE LENGTHS OF THE HAIR THAT YOU ARE SENDING ON EACH BUNDLE/PACK!!!!!!!!!
  • Any specifications or custom options for styling as indicated on your payment invoice.  (i.e. side or middle part placing, cut/curl options etc…)

*****Wigs by Niki will send email confirmation the night that your package is received.  ALL PACKAGES ARE SIGNED FOR BY UPS EMPLOYEES. Packages can be sent by USPS, DHL, Fed EX or UPS.************

 

You will ship your package via United States Postal Service and address your package exactly as shown above. Complete wig unit composition and return shipment time averages 7-25 business days but can occasionally vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of wigs in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.

 

WIGS BY NIKI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TIMES OR DELAYS WITH USPS!

 

Please plan accordingly when sending contents for your wig unit. In the event you require your wig unit by a specific or urgent deadline.

 

YOU MUST CONTACT US IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF APPROVAL TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC TIMELINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT HAVING YOUR UNIT COMPLETE IN TIME, AND WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO PROPERLY NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE.

 

IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE HAIR TO COVER YOUR EXPENSE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE BY THE COURIER OR ELEMENTS WHILE SHIPMENT IS IN ROUTE AND ADD A SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE YOUR HAIR IS RECEIVED BY RESPECTIVE PERSONNEL OF WIGS BY NIKI AND PROVIDE A FORM OF TRACKING ON BOTH ENDS DURING ROUTE OF SHIPMENT.

 

BEAUTIQUE WIGS BY NIKI CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO COURIER OR THE ELEMENTS, NOR WILL WE HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES THAT  NEVER REACH OUR DESTINATION, PROVIDE COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSS OF EXPENSE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT INSURED OR TRACKABLE. ***

 

Please provide BEAUTIQUE with your tracking number information upon shipment of your wig unit contents package. Once your package has been received by BEAUTIQUE you will  receive images of your hair and package contents via email displaying and confirming your shipment arrival and the condition it was received within 48 hours.

 

ALL WIG UNITS ARE RETURN SHIPPED VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) WITH SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND INSURED FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR UNIT. BEAUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OR DELAYS FOR WHATEVER UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS ONCE SHIPPED. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT USPS IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF RETURN SHIPMENTS TO PROCESS INSURANCE CLAIMS OR TRACK DELAYED OR LATE SHIPMENTS DUE TO COURIER DELAYS, HOLIDAYS, NATURAL DISASTERS ETC…
